# Atmosphere supported devices and integration readiness

Version 1.0 | Published 12 August 2026

## Evidence boundary

Atmosphere does not publish an unqualified public brand-compatibility list. A device, product family, or product cloud is described as supported only after its interface, telemetry, controls, permissions, security, and intended operating workflow have been assessed.

## Device categories considered

- Solar inverters and generation controllers.
- Battery energy-storage systems.
- EV charge points and managed-charging platforms.
- Smart meters, submeters, and site telemetry gateways.
- Heat pumps and other approved flexible loads.
- Building, industrial, and site energy-management systems.

Listing a category does not confirm compatibility with every product in that category.

## Integration routes

- Approved manufacturer or product-cloud API.
- Supported site controller or edge gateway.
- Documented device protocol available within the agreed security boundary.
- Partner platform interface with appropriate telemetry and command authority.

## Readiness states

1. Under assessment - documentation and operating use case are being reviewed.
2. Interface validated - connectivity and data exchange have been demonstrated.
3. Workflow validated - permitted operational workflows have been tested.
4. Deployment approved - the product is approved for the defined environment and service.

## Information required for assessment

- Product family, firmware range, and interface documentation.
- Available telemetry, sampling behaviour, and event model.
- Permitted commands, limits, acknowledgement, and safe failure behaviour.
- Identity, credentials, encryption, and access-control approach.
- Installation, commissioning, ownership, and customer-permission model.
- Intended monitoring, optimisation, VPP, or grid-service workflow.
