The Atmosphere public website has no analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. It does not set tracking cookies or use browser storage for marketing. Theme display settings are independent of data-processing consent.

Display preference storage

The visual effects are part of the website theme, rather than analytics or advertising. They use screen dimensions, pixel density, pointer type and reduced-motion settings locally to render the theme. This information is not sent to an analytics provider. The theme is available by default and respects reduced-motion settings.

Display settings in the footer offers Use static view to stop animated backgrounds and transitions, and Use animated theme to restore them. These appearance controls are separate from data-processing consent. There is no tracking-consent prompt because the current website has no analytics or advertising tracking.

We set one first-party preference cookie, atmosphere_display_v1, only when you save a display choice. Its legacy internal values, essential (static view) and enhanced (animated theme), contain no identity or unique tracking identifier. It lasts up to 180 days, covers this website, uses SameSite=Lax and is Secure on HTTPS. It only remembers your requested appearance setting. Existing saved choices remain respected. If you block it, your display choice applies to the current visit. An expired, missing or unrecognised preference uses the default theme; clearing it restores that default.

Essential service storage

AWS Amplify and its content delivery network process technical requests to deliver and protect the site. Infrastructure security mechanisms may use essential technical storage. These services are described in the privacy notice.

Pricing calculator and PDFs

Calculator values remain in page memory and are sent to the public pricing service when needed for a catalogue or estimate. They are not written to local storage. PDFs are created locally in your browser and saved where you choose. A briefing link can put a hypothetical scenario in browser history and hosting request records; avoid entering personal or confidential information in that scenario.

Contact verification

When online enquiry collection is approved and enabled, the form can load Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. It processes technical browser information for security, rather than marketing. The website does not load Turnstile while enquiry collection is paused. Blocking verification can prevent online submission.

Managing browser storage

You can inspect, block or remove website storage through your browser settings. Closing the page clears its in-memory calculator state; downloaded documents and browser history remain until you remove them. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@myatmosphere.co.uk.

This notice must be reviewed whenever analytics, hosting, security, embedded content, or third-party services change.
