Informational use

The website provides a qualitative view of proposed platform architecture, aggregation models, and briefing topics. It is not operational, financial, legal, market-participation, or engineering advice.

Maps, markers, network flows, and diagrams are illustrative. They do not represent customer locations, deployed capacity, coverage, portfolio size, live dispatch, or a commitment to provide a specific service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the website, its forms, or connected services. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, malicious, or third-party confidential material through the briefing form.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, and Atmosphere-created diagrams are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The NESO map source is used under its own open-data licence and remains subject to its attribution terms.
